Starting with the top left circle, can you think of a 4 letter word that can create a compound word starting with EYE, CANNON, and FOOT? The answer is BALL.
The rest of the circles work the same way but watch which way the arrows are pointing. The word in the circle can be at the beginning of a compound word as well as at the end.
Also notice that one letter in each of the words in the circles is numbered. Those numbers correspond to the letters in the type of party it is.
